We have a very effective Arbitration Sub-Committee where 3 one star generals are the members including couple of learned practicing lawyers.  All members of this Sub Committee are highly experienced. They try their best to solve/settle disputes between contending parties amicably. And so tar we have been able to solve dozens of disputes within our DOHS. Through our arbitration service we have been able to relive residents from many legal hassles. We also appreciate the co-operation of the residents on this aspect.
